Whether you shop on Riyena.com/Amazon, we give you 30 days to take your Riyena jewelry, confidently knowing you can return items for any reason within those 30 days. So go ahead, shop any beautiful Riyena jewelries with confidence, and enjoy your 30-day trial!

About the Defective or Flawed Items:

We provide 3 months warranty for all of Riyena jewelries. This means if the item is not damaged in purpose nor by misuse, please feel free to contact us and ask for a replacement or refund. We are open to discuss and solve the problem in the easiest way possible.

Return Cost Cover:

We will cover up to $3 of your return cost. 

Return Instructions:

    1. Send your order ID & product information to support@riyena.com
    2. And we will get back to you within 24 hours. (business days)
    3. If you are in the 30-day-trial period, we will get back to you with our shipping address; If you are in the 3 months free return/refund period, we will communicate actively via emails, after confirming the item was not damaged in purpose nor by misuse, we will send to you our address so you can return.
    4. We will refund the product fees and return cost cover via PayPal or Venmo once we receive the item.
