How could I know I'm one of the 1000 founder members?

Once you subscribe to our store, you will receive an email that contains confirmation about whether or not you are a 1000 founder member. If you are, you will receive your digital 25% off discount card in the email. If you are not, you might not receive the digital card in the email.

Is there any seasonal or category limitation to use the VIP card?

Because this card is only for our first 1000 founder members, there is no seasonal nor category limitation/restrictions to use it. However, you can't use your own discount card when you login into other Riyena account since it bounded to your own account once you activate it. 

Can I use my VIP discount with other discounts at once?

We will automatically recommend the biggest discount while you checkout, this means, you can use only ONE but the BIGGEST discount every time. For example, if we are running a seasonal campaign that provide 30% Off discount, we will recommend the seasonal discount instead of the Brand Loyalty discount, this will help you save more money than the Brand Loyalty discount.
